Police catch runaway thief after he stopped to pleasure himself in public

A burglar was caught with stolen goods in his hands after stopping in front of a woman’s home to perform a sex act on himself, according to police in Illinois.

Cwbchicago reported that Chicago police have arrested 24-year-old Michael Gentry, after being accused of breaking into a home to steal an iPad.

Gentry has been charged with one count of burglary. He was booked into jail, and his bail has been set at $250,000.

According to the police investigation, on Sunday, at around 12:00 p.m., a man called 911 to report seeing Gentry running away from his home, which is located in the 2000 block of West Le Moyne.

The victim told police that Gentry stole his iPad. By the time police arrived at the scene, Gentry was no longer there.

A few minutes later, police received a call from a woman, who reported seeing Gentry pleasuring himself in the front yard of her home, which is located in the 1400 block of North Leavitt.

Police rushed over to the scene, where the caught Gentry. He was in possession of the stolen iPad.
