Delray Beach police said that they have arrested 19-year-old Jerry Henry, after being accused of threatening people with a firearm.

Henry has been charged with one count of improper exhibition of a firearm. He was booked into the Palm Beach County jail, and was released from custody without bail.

According to the police investigation, Henry was a passenger in a white BMW that pulled into the McDonald’s Drive-thru located on Linton Boulevard near I-95.

On Monday, at around 11:45 p.m., Henry was told that the restaurant’s ice cream machine was out of order. Henry became upset.

He got out of his car and pulled out what appeared to be an AR-15 style rifle from the trunk of the BMW. The rifle was an airsoft gun.

Employees and customers ran away in panic and hid from Henry. Police were called and Henry was arrested.
