A teenager was forced to jump out of a moving Uber car after the driver demanded sex as payment.

The Uber driver is being held on $100,000 bail for allegedly locking a customer inside his car and demanding sex from her, officials said.

44-year-old Muhammad Fahim of Chicago, Illinois, faces three counts of unlawful restraint for the incident after picking up the 19-year-old victim through the ride-sharing phone app.

Police said that the incident took place on July 4th. There was a warrant out for his arrest, but police only caught Fahim on Thursday, when he was pulled over for a traffic violation.

Assistant State’s Attorney Mikah Soliunas told the court that the 19-year-old victim requested an Uber, but her information was somehow deleted from the system so she was unable to pay with a credit card.

When the woman said she will pay with cash, Fahim instead demanded that she pay for the trip with sex, Soliunas said.

When she refused, Fahim locked the car doors and refused to let her out unless he gave in to his demands, according to the prosecutor.

When the victim managed to unlock the door, the driver locked it again.

When Fahim slowed down in traffic, the woman jumped out from the moving vehicle, authorities said.

A spokesperson for Uber called the incident “troubling,” and said that Fahim has been removed as a driver.
