Twin sisters could not control themselves when a man arrived at a house party, according to police in the United Kingdom.

Coxhoe police said that they arrested 26-year-old Sarah Jayne Bradley and 26-year-old Gemma Louise Bradley, after being seen fighting each other with a hammer, a knife and an arrow.

Both suspects have been charged with affray. Gemma has also been charged with criminal damage and harassment. In court, both sisters have pleaded guilty.

They were sentenced to serve 12 months in prison, which was suspended for 12 months.

According to the police investigation, the two sisters held a house party at their home on Sunday. When the former boyfriend of Sarah showed up to the party, tensions rose.

Gemma grabbed a knife and began chasing Sarah. They both ran into a house, and when they emerged, Sarah claimed that she was stabbed.

Gemma then armed herself with a hammer and attempted to hit her sister. When a neighbor stepped in to stop the fight, Gemma threw the hammer at Sarah.

In response, Sarah pulled out an arrow and tried to stab Gemma. Police then arrived at the scene and arrested the sisters.
