A white man who was part of an Antifa counter protest against Trump supporters, bragged about punching a black man on Twitter because the victim spoke too much about the president, according to police in California.

Laguna Beach police said that they have arrested 20-year-old Richard Losey, after being seen on video punching R.C. Maxwell.

Losey was charged with one count each of battery and making terroristic threats.

He was booked into the Orange County Jail, and his bail has been set at $50,000.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Sunday, during dual rallies of Trump supports and Antifa members.

Maxwell walked over to the Antifa members, and attempted to engage with them about the president.

While Maxwell was defending president Trump, Losey approached and punched him in the face.

Maxwell fell to the ground as a result of the punch.

The entire incident was caught on video, which was uploaded to the Internet.

Losey, who is a white male, later identified himself on Twitter, and bragged about attacking Maxwell, who is a black-American.

Losey admitted to punching Maxwell because the victim was talking too much about Trump.

Losey then taunted police to arrest him.
