Man urinates on large amount of chocolate bars at Kohl’s

A man entered a private area of a department store and urinated on a large amount of chocolate bars, according to police in Ohio.

Toledo police said that they have arrested 48-year-old Christopher B. Burks, after being accused of damaging more than $600 worth of chocolate bars at the Kohl’s department store.

Burks has been charged with one count of criminal damage.

He was booked into jail, and his bail has been set at $500.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Monday, at around 1:30 p.m.

Burks entered the Kohl’s department store located at 4865 Monroe, and proceeded to an employees only area.

Burks of 1913 Oakwood Avenue, unzipped his pants and urinated on chocolate bars.

This caused $603 in damage.

Loss prevention officers David Sims and Holly Cross told police that they saw Burks urinating on the chocolate bars when nobody else was in the storage room on the surveillance cameras.

A spokesperson for Kohl’s said that the chocolate bars were destroyed.
