(Scroll down for video) Kids love going to Chuck E. Cheese’s to play and eat fast food, but several young kids in California, will not be returning to the establishment anytime soon.

Shay Aguilar of Stockton, said that she took her children to the Chuck E. Cheese’s near her home to celebrate her daughter’s 2nd birthday.

While the children were in the play structure, Aguilar’s 11-year-old son found a dead mouse.

He quickly went to his mother to complaint about the decomposing mouse.

Aguilar took photos of the dead mouse and uploaded them to the Internet.

A manager at Chuck E. Cheese’s denied that there was a mouse in the play area.

The manager, who was not identified, claimed that what the kids found was actually a crumpled up napkin.

Aguilar is standing by her claim, saying that she was able to see ears and a tail.

The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department announced that it will investigate the dead mouse claim.

A spokesperson for Chuck E. Cheese’s eventually contacted Aguilar and refunded her $700 she spent on the birthday party.

The spokesperson also apologized to her.

Aguilar said that she is happy with the refund, but vowed never to return to Chuck E. Cheese’s.
