An Uber driver decided to take his drunk passenger to his own home rather than to her destination.

The 31-year-old woman of New York City, told police that she had a few drinks before ordering an Uber at 2:00 a.m.

She asked the driver to take her home in the East Village. Once she was comfortably settled in for the ride, the woman fell asleep.

The 47-year-old driver took advantage of the situation and drove the intoxicated woman to his Flushing apartment. He took her inside and raped her.

When the victim woke up, she was shocked to find herself in a stranger’s home. She soon realized that she was violated by her Uber driver.

According to the victim, the driver begged her not to call police.
“I used protection, please do not call the police,” he said according to police.
