A boy underwent a difficult surgical procedure after forcing multiple Buckyballs magnets into his penis because he was curious, according to doctors in China.

The 11-year-old boy, who was not identified, was brought to the Yuying Children’s Hospital in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, after suffering from pain and was bleeding from his private parts.

Dr. Wang Yongbiao, the pediatric surgeon who treated the boy, said that the child actually put 26 small magnets into the urethra because of his curiosity.

The doctor found that more than a dozen magnets in the child’s bladder in addition to several stuck in the urethra.

The magnets stuck together and caused a blockage in the bladder, causing bleeding swelling and pain.

At first, Yongbiao tried to remove each piece, but when it did not work, he pushed all of the magnets into the child’s bladder.

Once in the bladder, all magnets formed one big cluster.

Yongbiao then cut open the child’s bladder and removed all the 26 magnets.

The surgical procedure took 2 hours.

Doctors warned that toys like Buckyballs, are very dangerous for children, as they are easy to swallow or push into the body.
