(Scroll down for video) A black serial killer announced that he wants to kill all white people before murdering at least 5 elderly man because of the color of their skin, according to police in Missouri.

The Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Fredrick Demond Scott, 22, has been charged in two south Kansas City homicides, and is a suspect in other murders over the last year, in the vicinity of popular trails.

Scott faces two counts of murder in the 1st degree and two counts of armed criminal action.

According to court records, Kansas City police detectives connected the defendant to the fatal shooting of Steven Gibbons, 57, from surveillance video that showed the victim on a bus and a man following the victim.

The man following the victim was drinking from an ice tea bottle.

Police located a man who appeared like the person in the video and asked him his identification.

They also collected a cigarette butt he was observed smoking.

DNA from the cigarette and the ice tea matched.

That DNA also matched DNA from the fatal shooting of John Palmer, 54, who was found on the Indian Creek Trail near Bannister Road and Lydia.

Scott told police he shot Palmer and dragged the victim’s body away from the trail.

Scott is also being investigated for the killings of David Lenox, 67, Timothy S. Rice, 57, and Mike Darby, 61.

All victims were white and were shot in the back of the head.

Three years ago, Scoot threatened to shoot up a school and kill all white people.
