(Scroll down for video) Police in India, are having hard time controlling a large crowd of parents, who have been rioting and protesting over the past three days.

Hundreds of parents tried to storm the Ryan International School in Gurgaon, after learning that 7-year-old Pradyuman Thakur, was murdered by a bus driver who was employed by the school.

Police said that the bus driver, who was identified as Ashok, admitted killing the boy in the school bathroom.

Ashok tried to sexual assault the second grader, but when the child resisted, the bus driver slit boy's throat to silence the victim.

Although the school is ranked as one of the top educational institutions and the fact that Ryan International runs nearly 150 schools across India and in United Arab Emirates, parents claim that the school is not protecting their children and they refuse to send their children back to the private school.

Ashok was arrested and taken into custody. He faces charges of murder.

The school principal, Neerja Batra, was suspended over the incident. School officials said that they are cooperating with police. Education Minister Prakash Javadekar has promised that justice will be done in the case.

Police are also investigating the security guards at the school over their failure to protect the child from the bus driver.
The private agency that provided security to the school, has also been suspended.

During the riots, people set fire to a liquor store that is located next to the school. Three buses full of police officers were brought to the school after the protesters set fire to the liquor shop.

So far, police arrested 20 people, but they have not been able to stop the angry parents and neighbors from rioting over the senseless death.

The victim's parents are demanding that the school should be shut down until the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), a federal agency, launches an investigation into the crime as they feel that the local police are not doing enough.
