Drug courier hides golf ball containing cocaine in his rectum

A man who was detained by police while transporting drugs, was found with cocaine inside his rectum, according to police in the United Kingdom.

Grimsby police said that they have arrested 37-year-old David Chambers, after being accused of being part of a drug gang.

Chambers pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine with intent to supply at the Grimsby Crown Court.

He was sentenced to serve three years in prison.

According to the police investigation, officers received information from the public that Chambers was supplying cocaine to residents in Grimsby.

Police got a description of Chambers’ vehicle, and began following him.

When he was seen parking outside a suspicious house, police detained him.

Officers seized his cell phones and took him to the police station.

Police took X-rays and noticed an object inside Chambers’ rectum.

Chambers the handed over a golf ball that contain 27 grams of cocaine, which was estimated to be worth $3,000.

Chambers first claimed that the cocaine was for his personal use, but he later admitted to selling drugs in the area.
