One day, people spotted Valentine speaking to children and making balloons for them at the Nashville Sounds baseball game.
Security guards were notified and Valentine was ordered to leave the venue. He was also charged with violating his probation.
Valentine’s attorney, Brett Horst, said that his client did not violate the order as he was not “working” that day.

Judge Sam Coleman ultimately dismissed the charges against Valentine.
Judge Coleman defended his actions, and said that “the law is what it is. It is not up to me to sit up here and be emotional about one side or the other.”
