People were surprised to see an image that was electronically produced by police, showing a topless suspect in the United Kingdom.

Surrey Police appealed for the public’s help in identifying the man who terrorized a woman.

Investigators said that the tall and naked man ran towards the woman in Headley Heath on Thursday.

Between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m., the 40-year-old victim was walking through Headley Heath to the parking lot on Headley Common Road, when the naked man appeared from behind the bushes.

The victim believed the man may be around 20-years-old, and around 6 and a half feet tall.

Investigating Officer, PC Liam Wilson from Mole Valley Area Patrol Team, said: “The victim did the right thing by returning to her car and reporting this to us as soon as possible.

“Although the man made no attempt to talk or engage with her, this behavior is alarming, and I am urging anybody who thinks they might know who this man is to get in touch with us.”

If you recognize the man in the electronic image or have any information which you think could assist the police investigation please call 101.

This is the first time that police published an electronic sketch of a topless suspect.

Police said that the topless image could help them in their investigation.
