(Scroll down for video) Two refugees who live in Utah, were arrested over the rape of a girl.

The 14-year-old girl’s father called police after his daughter told him she was raped.

According to the police report, the girl slept at a friend’s house on the night of the incident.

She snuck out of the home to meet with 24-year-old Leclair Dodjim of Salt Lake City, after hooking up on Snapchat.

The girl told police that three men arrived and they took her to a gas station, where they bought alcohol before going to a hookah bar and then a party at a house.

The girl said the last thing she remembers is leaving the party and being in the backseat of a car with a man kissing her.

The girl told police that she asked the man to stop. Police obtained an arrest warrant and found cell phone video of the incident.

The video shows the victim passed out in the back seat of the car, and two men engaging in sex acts with her while Richard Mbaye Djassera, 21, recorded the acts.

Police said that the girl made attempts to push the men off her.

Police arrested Dodjim, and his brother Djassera. The other man was not yet arrested.

Dodjim admitted to police that he met the girl on Snapchat, and she told him that she was 17. He then told police that his brother was the one who recorded the acts.

Djassera agreed to talk to the police. He said he saw his brother and brother’s friend having sex in the back seat of the car and decided to record it.

“He said he thought it was funny, so he recorded them having sex on his phone,” police said.

According to neighbors, the brothers are refugees from Congo, and lived in the neighborhood for the past 3 years.
