Man breaks ribs of man who told him to stop feeding birds outside his home

A man suffered serious injuries after telling a man to stop feeding birds outside of his home, according to police in Japan.

Nagoya police said that they have arrested 61-year-old Yoshio Muranaga, after being accused of breaking the ribs of the man who wanted to stop the bird feeding outside of his home.

In court, Muranaga pleaded guilty to one count of assault.

Judge Yukie Yasufuku sentenced Muranaga to six months in prison, but suspended it for three years because he showed remorse.

According to the police investigation, Muranaga liked feeding birds at a park located outside the victim’s home.

One day, the victim confronted Muranaga, and asked him to stop feeding the birds as they were making a mess on his property.

Muranaga because angry and beat the victim.

The victim was rushed to the hospital and was treated for several broken ribs.

During questioning by police, Muranaga admitted to beating the victim, saying that he became angry for being told not to feed birds.
