2 New York police detectives rape teenager for 45 minutes after arresting her for possessing drugs

(Scroll down for video) Two police officers in New York, are accused of handcuffing a teenager for nearly an hour and raping her in a secluded area after arrested her for possessing drugs.

18-year-old Anna Chambers of Brooklyn, shared reports about the rape on her Facebook page and urged others to spread the story.

According to the teen’s attorney Michael David, Chambers and her friends were driving around Brighton Beach, when they were pulled over by detectives Edward Martins and Richard Hall.

The detectives searched the vehicle, and they ordered Chambers to lift her shirt to make sure she was not hiding drugs.

The detectives then handcuffed Chambers, and placed her into their vehicle.

Martins and Hall then told the teen’s friends that Chambers will be booked at the Coney Island police station.

Instead of taking her to the police station, Martins and Richard Hall drove to a secluded area, where they raped the teen for 45 minutes.

The detectives then released the teen and drove away.

Chambers went to the Maimonides Medical Center, where doctors noticed signs of sexual assault and called police.

Police launched an investigation, but so far, no arrests have been made.

Martins and Hall claimed that the sex was consensual.

Update: Martins and Hall have been indicted on a charge of first-degree rape.

If convicted, they both face 25 years in prison.
