Police in Texas, are looking for a caretaker who kidnapped a woman before stabbing her.

Irving police were called to a gas station when an elderly woman asked people for help.

The 85-year-old woman was bleeding after being kidnapped and stabbed by a former family caretaker.

On Friday night, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the victim, and her husband returned home from dinner and found the suspect sitting on their porch.

The suspect, who used to be one of the husband’s caretakers when he was in a healthcare facility, has been identified as 49-year-old Lesia Ann Coco.

Coco told the elderly woman that she has information about jewelry that had recently gone missing from the victim’s house.

She then got into the passenger seat of the victim’s car and told the victim to drive.

As some point, Coco pulled a knife and said that it was a robbery. In an effort to attract attention, the woman then honked, but Coco began to beat her and stab her with the knife while threatening to kill the victim’s husband.

The victim then began speaking about church. After a conversation about God, Coco then directed the woman to drive to a place near Arlington, where she jumped out of the car and fled, according to the victim’s daughter-in-law.

The victim was taken to a hospital to treat her wounds.

The Irving Police Department is asking anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Coco to contact them.

Coco is wanted for aggravated kidnapping.
