58-year-old gay man breaks into home and rapes 85-year-old man twice

A man in Australia, was arrested for raping an elderly man.

New South Wales Police said that the man has been charged over the alleged sexual assaults of the elderly man in Sydney.

Police said that the 85-year-old man was asleep in his home on Violet Street, Roselands, when the 58-year-old man entered his home and sexually assaulted him.

The elderly man was too humiliated to report the incident after the first attack.

However, when the gay man broke into his home and sexually assaulted him a second time on Friday, at about 9:00 p.m., he decided to report the abuse to police.

Police said that the two men knew each other for a short time before the attacks.

The incidents were reported to police the following day, and officers from Campsie Local Area Command began an investigation.

Police arrested the 58-year-old man on Sunday, at a home in Punchbowl. He was taken to Campsie Police Station, and charged with two counts each of aggravated sexual assault, break and enter with intent, and indecent assault.

A judge at the Burwood Local Court, denied him bail.
