(Scroll down for video) A man in Maryland, was arrested for clinging onto a moving school bus full of children.

Sgt. Andrea Bylen with the Baltimore County Police said that 68-year-old Laverne Ardin Doran, was arrested after off-duty officers spotted him clinging to the front of a school bus.

Doran told police that a student from the bus threw a bottle from the bus that hit his car. He wanted to get inside the bus to find out who threw it.

The bus driver who was transporting students from Loch Raven Academy, refused to let him inside.

According to police, the school bus driver was concerned for the safety of the students on board so he did not open the door.

Doran then went to the front of the bus and blocked the driver from moving forward. The driver still refused to give in to the angry man and began rolling the bus.

Doran climbed onto the front of the bus and was holding onto the mirror as the bus driver drove slowly towards a police station.

Somebody took a video from inside the bus. The video showed Doran yelling and banging on the hood of the bus as he demanded the driver to let him in.

At some point, an off-duty officer then intervened and arrested Doran. He is facing several charges, including disorderly conduct and destruction of property.
