(Scroll down for video) A former John F Kennedy International Airport security guard filed a lawsuit after she was allegedly fired for failing to have sex with her boss, according to court documents in New York.

32-year-old LaDonna Powell said that while working at the Kennedy Airport in Queens, she was forced to urinate in a cup after being given shifts with no bathroom breaks.

Powell was hired by Allied Universal Security Services, a company which oversees security at the airport.

Powell told the court that while working at the airport for 4 years, she was constantly sexually harassed by her boss.

Powell was told that in order to advance her career, she would have to have sex with her boss.

When she refused, Powell was forced to watch her coworkers having sex.

Powell also claims that two of her coworkers were raped.

Powell was eventually fired because she allegedly refused to have sex with her boss.

Powell also suffered from racial abuse from white supervisors.

She was also denied meal and bathroom breaks because she filed complaints.

At times, Powell was forced to urinate in cups during her shifts.

Managers made unnecessary contact with her and brushed up against her body.
