6-year-old boy shoots 3-year-old brother in the head while they were home alone

(Scroll down for video) A toddler is in critical condition after being shot in the head by his 6-year-old brother, according to police in Pennsylvania.

Philadelphia police said that they have arrested 36-year-old Sirhaven Williams after being accused of leaving his 3 young children home alone.

Williams has been charged with 1 count each of endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person.

According to the police investigation, Williams left his 3 children at their home located in the 3600 block of North 18th Street, at around 3:00 p.m., on Saturday.

The children were alone when one of them found a loaded gun in the bedroom.

The gun belonged to the children’s uncle who lived at the home.

At some point, the 6-year-old boy pulled the trigger.

As a result, the 3-year-old boy was shot in the head.

Neighbors called police after hearing a gunshot.

The boy was rushed to the Temple University Hospital, where he is said to be in critical condition.
