(Scroll down for video) A driver in Canada, was shocked to get pulled over by a police officer and get a fine for singing too loudly.

Taoufik Moalla of Saint-Laurent said that on Wednesday afternoon, he drove to Provigo to purchase a bottle of water.

While driving on St. Croix, the 1990 hit song “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now) ft. Freedom Williams” came on the radio.

Moalla was excited so he rolled down the window and sang along loudly.

Suddenly, he saw flashing light behind his vehicle.

He looked in the mirror and saw that the police were behind him.

At first, he thought the police wanted to pass his vehicle, but he quickly realized that they wanted to pull him over.

The police approached his vehicle and asked him why he yelled out from his car.

They then gave him a $149 fine for disturbing the peace.

Moalla was really shocked but he did not say anything to the police and drove away.

Moalla plans to contest the ticket in court.

Moalla’s wife agreed with the police, saying that she would have given her husband a $300 fine for his bad singing.
