(Scroll down for video) A registered sex offender came up with a plan to get women to come to him so he can sexually assault them.

Police said that 44-year-old Imtiaz Rauf of Gainesville, Virginia, sexually assaulted a woman who responded to his offer of an administrative assistant job.

Rauf posted an ad on Craigslist for the position and he set up a time to meet at 12005 Sunrise Valley Dr. in Reston.

When the woman arrived, Rauf sexually assaulted her. The woman called police and Rauf was arrested.

Rauf was charged with sexual battery and he is being held without bond.

After his arrest, two more women came forward with allegations that they were sexually assaulted by Rauf in the same manner.

Police believe there are more victims and are asking anyone with information to come forward.

Rauf was ordered to register as a sex offender after he was convicted of sexual solicitation of a minor in 2011.
