(Scroll down for video) An Uber driver raped a young woman and charged her for his time, according to police in Texas.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 28-year-old Juan Ontiveros after being accused of driving with an intoxicated woman for 30 miles before taking her to his home, where he had sex with her.

Ontiveros has been charged with one count of sexual assault.

He was booked into the Bexar County Jail.

According to the police investigation, at around 2:00 a.m., Ontiveros was outside a bar, where he picked up the young woman.

The woman was extremely intoxicated and she fell asleep in the back seat of the cart.

Ontiveros took the woman to her home.

He woke her up, and she got out of the car.

Moments later, she got back into his car and fell asleep.

Ontiveros claimed that he drove around her block a few times hoping that she will wake up, and when she did not, he drove her 30 miles to his home.

Ontiveros brought the woman into his home, where he raped her.

When the woman woke up, her private parts felt strange.

She called the police and told officers that although she does not remember anything, she feared that she was sexually assaulted.

Ontiveros denied the allegations, saying that he brought the woman to her home so she could be somewhere safe.

He also kept her order open to inflate her cost and charge her for his time.

Ontiveros agreed to take a DNA test.

Ontiveros was arrested after the test confirmed that the woman’s DNA was on his private parts.
