(Scroll down for video) A woman posed for nude photos inside a judge’s chamber in Florida and used them to get her boyfriend in trouble after their breakup.

The investigation into a nude photo-shoot at the Jefferson County courthouse led to the arrest of longtime court clerk Kirk Reams, 40.

Reams was arrested and later released on his own recognizance. He has since returned to his job. He is fighting the charge as well as his potential termination.

His lawyer, David Collins of Monticello, said that the charge was the result of an ex-girlfriend’s attempting to tarnish his client’s reputation and to get full custody of their child.

Reams’ ex-girlfriend Brittany McClellan went to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and showed them nude photos of herself, which she said Reams took of her inside the judge’s chambers.

She hoped that Reams would get in trouble for taking the photos in the judge’s chamber during work hours.

When police did not charge him over the nude photos, McClellan revealed that Reams brought home a laptop from work, which nobody was using, and allowed her to use it for about a year.

This got their attention. Reams was arrested and charged with a first-degree misdemeanor for taking the computer, which the county paid for.

McClellan and Reams have one child together, and their relationship was reportedly tumultuous. She was arrested twice, once in 2013 and then in 2014, on domestic violence charges after assaulting Reams, according to court records.
