Melbourne police said that they have arrested Craig Levy, 36, Ryan Smart, 37, and Jason Colton, 41, after being accused of killing 36-year-old Ramis Jonuzi.

All three suspects were charged with murder while Colton was also charged with rape.

The suspects were booked into jail and were denied bail.

According to the police investigation, Jonuzi wanted to find a cheap place to stay in Melbourne.

He found a listing on Airbnb for $30 per night.

After staying with Levy, Smart, and Colton, for a week, Jonuzi decided to move out of the home, saying that the energy was just too much for him.

On Wednesday night, as Jonuzi walked out the front door of the home on Alexander Street in Brighton East, he was attacked by the three men.

He was raped with an object and then beaten to death.

Airbnb apologized to the victim’s family and they removed the listing from their website.
