Babysitter burns 10-month-old boy’s hair because he wanted to entertain himself

(Scroll down for video) A babysitter admitted to severely abusing a baby because he wanted to entertain himself, according to police in Oregon.

Portland police said that they have arrested 21-year-old Sean Middleton after being accused of burning the hair of the 10-month-old boy.

Middleton has been charged with 4 counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment, 5 counts of third-degree assault, and harassment.

He was booked into the booked into the Multnomah County jail and his bail has been set at $40,000.

According to the police investigation, the boy’s mother knew Middleton for several months before she allowed him to babysit her 10-month-old son for two days.

When the woman picked up her child, she noticed bruises on his body.

The mother immediately went to the Randall Children’s Hospital, where doctors treated the child for scratches and bruises all over his body.

The baby’s hair was burned and he had a burn mark on his back.

The boy also tested positive for drugs and was dehydrated.

Doctors called police after suspecting child abuse.

The mother told police that when she asked Middleton how her son got the bruises, he replied that he did not know.

Middleton told police that he grabbed the boy by the chest when he cried.

He also admitted to putting his hands on the child’s mouth while changing his dirty diaper.

Middleton also revealed that he used a lighter to burn the baby’s hair and back to entertain himself.
