A group of wild turkeys in Massachusetts were recorded chasing a police cruiser in middle of a residential street, according to a video that was uploaded to the Internet.

Bridgewater police have warned residents to look out for the wild turkeys that attacked residents and police on Sunday.

Police said that it is illegal for them to remove the wild turkeys, and whoever has a problem with the big birds need to call the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Police recorded a video, showing 4 wild turkeys chasing a police cruiser.

“Aggressive turkeys are a problem in town. State law doesn’t allow the police or the ACO to remove them. Contact MSPCA at 617-522-7400 for info,” police wrote on Twitter.

Bob Smith, who lives in Bridgewater, said that he was attacked by the turkeys on Sunday.

He was walking in the street when several turkeys came up to him from behind.

They made loud sounds as they jumped around Smith.

Smith did not suffer any injuries.

Smith recorded the wild turkeys and uploaded the video on YouTube.
