Girl gets $50 million after professor raped her on school desk during school hours

A girl got a whopping $50 million judgment after a professor raped her on a classroom desk, according to court documents in Florida.

Miami police have arrested 35-year-old Bresnniel Jansen Mones after being accused of having sex with his 16-year-old student multiple times.

The geometry professor pleaded guilty to 2 counts of sexual activity with a familial child and 1 count of electronic transmission harmful to minors.

He was sentenced to 10 years of probation.

Jansen violated his probation and was sentenced to serve 6 months in prison.

His probation was later reduced to 8 years.

He was also required to register as a sex offender.

The girl who was identified as C.R.R. said that Jansen began hitting on her as soon as she entered his class.

Jansen began sending her text messages with pictures of his private parts.

The sexual abuse escalated to raping her on his desk during school hours at the South Dade High School.

C.R.R. filed a lawsuit against Jansen and the school district.

A jury awarded the girl $50 million for medical expenses, mental anguish, pain and suffering, and punitive damages.
