Prosecutors in Ohio are asking a judge to send a man to jail for sexually harassing multiple women over the course of 10 years.
29-year-old Graig Adam Burrier of Stow is accused of stopping a college student in the Silver Springs Park and asking her to lift her shirt.
When she asked “why,” Burrier told her that he needed to touch her belly button as part of a fraternity pledge.
The woman lifted her shirt and Burrier touched her belly button for about a minute.
The woman was scared and uncomfortable.
When Burrier left, she called the police to report the incident.
Burrier was arrested as the incident violated his parole conditions.
Burrier was previously convicted of sexual battery and was banned from all state parks.
He was also told he cannot enter the Kent State University or the University of Akron.
He was also charged with rape after pinning a woman against a wall and asking to touch her belly button.
He proceeded to touch her belly button and placed his fingers in he private parts.
Burrier approached at least 5 women and asked to touch their belly buttons.
One woman reported that Burrier paid her $3 to kiss her belly button.
Prosecutors told the court that Burrier violated his parole numerous times by touching women’s belly buttons.
