(Scroll down for video) A man lured young women to his home by hiring them as babysitters before sexually assaulting them, according to police in Arizona.

Mesa police said that they have arrested 45-year-old Dion Lee Earl after being accused of attacking a 21-year-old woman and an 18-year-old woman.

Earl has been charged with sexual assault, sexual abuse, and kidnapping.

He was booked into jail and is being held without bail.

According to the police investigation, Earl hired the 21-year-old woman through a babysitter website.

When the woman was at his home, Earl asked her to come into his girls’ room to check on them.

When she entered the room, Earl was completely naked.

He grabbed her and pinned her to a bed.

Earl then sexually assaulted her.

The woman was able to get away by kicking Earl in the groin.

As the woman was running out of the house, Earl offered her $100 to remain silent about the attack.

A few weeks later, Earl hired the 18-year-old woman to watch his daughters.

Early followed the teen into a bedroom, where he hugged her.

When they fell into a bed, Earl sexually assaulted her.

When the teen freed herself, she saw Earl pleasuring himself.

He then told her that he just needed her to stand next to him for 5 minutes.
