Man raped and killed women before feeding bodies to his dogs

A violent man abducted several women and raped them after meeting his victims at a bar, according to police in Russia.

Moscow police said that they have arrested 31-year-old Alexander Maslennikov after being accused of killing 28-year-old Olga Shaposhnikova and 29-year-old Daria Labutina.

He is facing charges of rape and murder.

Police offered a $15,000 reward for information about the case.

According to the police investigation, Maslennikov went to the Voice karaoke club in Volzhsky, where he chatted with Shaposhnikova and Labutina.

Patrons at the bar told police that they saw the women leave with Maslennikov.

Maslennikov took the women to his home, where he raped them.

He then killed both women and fed their remains to his dogs.

Maslennikov dumped some body parts in the forest.

Maslennikov has a criminal record.

He spent 11 years in prison for rape, sexual assault, and robbery.

He was released from prison just a few months ago.
