A family was terrified when a stranger barged into their home while he was semi-nude
39-year-old Justin Paul Christodoro, who is a lawyer from Hackensack, New Jersey, entered a couple’s home in Rutherford around 5:00 p.m.
He walked into the home and announced: “I’m here,” according to the police.
Rutherford police said Christodoro entered the house in a tight black shirt, high heels, and nothing more while the couple watched television.
Moments later, Christodoro realized that he was at the wrong house so he left.
Hours after breaking into the house, Christodoro was found asleep in his car as he was parked at the entrance of a house in the nearby town of Lyndhurst, police said.
They found him in the same top and heels. According to Lyndhurst police, Christodoro “had no idea how he got there.”
Police said they found Christodoro in possession of a plastic bag containing ecstasy.
Christodoro was arrested and was taken to a nearby hospital for observation.
Rutherford Police issued Christodoro a summons for criminal trespass and Lyndhurst police handed him summonses for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, lewdness, and a motor vehicle violation for blocking a driveway.
Christodoro has legal offices in Elmwood Park, New Jersey.
He specializes in divorce and family law, criminal defense, and real estate.
