An officer gave multiple verbal commands for her to stop reaching under the seat but Moore refused.
Officers attempted to pull the victim out of the vehicle. At that time, Moore pulled out an explosive device and attempted to ignite it.
An officer quickly jumped into the passenger’s side of the vehicle and was able to take the explosive device away from the Moore.
The officers on the scene were then able to place Moore in handcuffs.
Moore told police she was in the neighborhood because she was traveling to her boss’ house.
When officers searched the suspect’s vehicle, police said they found multiple explosive devices in multiple disguises, such as wigs and glasses.
Moore was charged with possession of a destructive device, aggravated assault on police, and resisting police with violence.
