An elderly man removed a sex toy from his backpack and attempted to assault several police officers, according to police in Florida.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 71-year-old Donald Hornback after being accused of sleeping on private property without permission of the owner.

Hornback has been charged with one count of trespassing.

He was booked into Martin County Jail and his bail has been set at $750.

According to the criminal complaint, police officers were called to the 21100 block of Southwest Warfield Boulevard after the homeowner, R. M. Crews, complained that Hornback was sleeping on his property.

Police officers who arrived at the scene noticed Hornback sleeping just inside the fence of the property and a large bottle of beer was on the ground nearby.

The officers ordered Hornback to pack up his belongings and leave.

Hornback refused, saying that the police had no right to tell him to get off the property.

Hornback then pulled out a large sex toy and tried to assault the police officers and the homeowner.

He then demanded the arrest of the homeowner for trespassing.

Hornback was arrested at the scene.
