A man will spend the rest of his life in prison after he was ordered to serve two life sentences plus 1,011 years in prison.

A father in Texas called police after his 9-year-old daughter told him that her relative punished her by forcing her to perform sex acts on him and spanking her while she was in his care.

After 39-year-old Robert Benjamin Franks of San Marcos was arrested, a 10-year-old girl came forward and told police that Franks had sexually assaulted her every week for the past five years.

The two girls and a third victim, who is now an adult, testified during his trial.

The woman told the jury about how Franks sexually abused her when she was 10-years-old and he was 14-years-old.

A jury found Franks guilty and they recommended that Franks should be sentenced to life in prison on the two counts of continuous sexual abuse, 99 years on each of 9 counts of aggravated sexual assault and 20 years on each of 6 counts of indecency with a child.

In total, Franks was ordered to serve two life sentences, plus 1,011 years in prison. Judge Jack Robison then ruled that the sentences would be served consecutively.

In addition to the sentence, he must pay $93,000 in fines.
