Drug addict bites off woman’s finger and swallows it outside rehab

A recovering drug addict bit off a woman’s finger and swallowed it outside a rehab facility, according to police in Kentucky.

The Louisville Metro Police Department said that they have arrested 32-year-old Heather Mohr after being accused of getting into a confrontation with another recovering addict.

Heather has been charged with assault.

She was booked into the Louisville Metro Corrections Facility and her bail has been set at $1,000.

A judge ordered Heather to stay in her home.

She was also ordered to stay away from the victim.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Saturday, at around 9:30 a.m., outside the CrossRoads Treatment Center on Cargo Court.

Heather got into a fight with the victim and bit off one of her fingers.

She chewed it and swallowed it.

Heather then walked away from the scene.

Witnesses at the scene were stunned and said that this was the nastiest thing they ever saw.

While police were still at the scene, Heather returned to make a statement.

Police determined that Heather was the aggressor and she was arrested.
