Families of two women sexually abused by a man who is in the United States illegally were shocked to see the suspect laughing and teasing them as he was led away in handcuffs.

31-year-old Sergio Jose Martinez has been deported from the United States 20 times after he committed crimes but he managed to return to the sanctuary city of Portland, Oregon.

Now, he will spend 35 years in prison before being deported again.

Martinez pleaded guilty to 10 counts, including first-degree burglary, sodomy, sex abuse, kidnapping, robbery, and second-degree assault.

In the first attack, Martinez entered the home of a 65-year-old woman through a window.

He held a metal pipe and ordered the woman to get down on the ground, where blindfolded her, tied her up, and threatened to kill her.

He then sexually assaulted the victim before he left with her purse. The woman managed to call the police.

After reviewing surveillance videos from a neighbor’s home, police identified Martinez’s car.

However, hours later, before police were able to apprehend him, Martinez sexually assaulted another woman in a parking garage.

Police caught Martinez and arrested him shortly after the attack.

In court, Martinez showed no remorse and smiled throughout the trial.

After sentencing, the brother of one victim told Martinez: “no sentencing is enough. I rather you rot in hell.”

Martinez burst out laughing and replied: “see you there too.”

As Martinez exited the courtroom, he told the families of the victims: “See all you guys in hell.”
