A man was left in terrible pain after his girlfriend bit off one of his testicles during a fight over a threesome, according to police in Scotland.

Edinburgh police said that they have arrested 43-year-old Nunzia Del Viscio after being accused of injuring 44-year-old Marcello Palma.

Viscio has been charged with assault.

In court, Viscio admitted to biting off her boyfriend’s testicle but she claimed it was in self-defense.

Viscio said that she was trying to leave her boyfriend’s house but he held her down.

When Palma punched her face, she bit his testicle and ripped it out of his body.

A judge rejected her version of the story and she was convicted of assault.

She was ordered to pay Palma $675 in restitution.

She was also given a curfew for six months.

According to the police investigation, Palma and Viscio went to a nightclub where they were drinking alcohol throughout the night.

Viscio met several other guys at the club.

Viscio then went to Palma’s apartment with Massimo Torrice and Luisa Bragaglia.

Viscio wanted to have sex with the two guys and she demanded that Palma join them in a threesome.

Palma refused and told Viscio to leave his apartment.

Viscio refused because she wanted to have sex with the guys she met at the nightclub.

Viscio then bit her boyfriend testicles until one of them fell out of his body.

Palma was rushed to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, where doctors managed to put the testicle back into his body.
