Man punches brother in face because he complained about getting a very small piece of cheesecake

A man became angry with his brother became he was given a very small portion of cheesecake, according to police in Alabama.

Moundville police said that they have arrested the 24-year-old man, who was not identified, for holding a butcher knife and threatening to stab his brother.

The suspect has been charged with domestic violence and harassment.

He was booked into jail and his bail has been set at $1,200.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Tuesday evening.

The two brothers, who live together, bought a cheesecake and agreed to split it.

The suspect grabbed a large butcher knife and cut a piece for his brother.

However, the victim was not happy with the size of his portion, saying that it was not big enough for a grown man.

An argument broke out and the suspect punched his younger brother in the face.

He then threatened to stab his younger brother with the butcher knife.

The victim called the police who arrived at the scene and found the two brothers arguing over the cheesecake.

The victim showed the police his piece of cheesecake and asked them whether it was a large enough for an adult.

The responding officers confirmed that the cake was indeed large enough for a grown man.

The suspect admitted to holding the butcher knife but denied making any threats.

He said that he only used the knife to cut a piece of the cake.

He also admitted to patting his brother’s face but denied punching him.
