He is facing charges of assault and criminal damage.

According to the police investigating the incident unfolded on Monday.

Manager Patricia Keeley told her employee, Dalton, that he would have to work the morning shift.

The hot cheese ran down the legs of Keeley.

The burrito also made a mess of the kitchen.

Dalton then took off his headset and broke it on his legs.
