A man told his friends that he was going to meet a woman before getting together with them.

However, the man never returned as he was shot and killed by the woman who robbed him.

Joshua McKinney of Baytown, Texas, went to meet 19-year-old Yvonne Raquel Ramirez.

Prosecutors said that Ramirez stole 2 guns from McKinney and demanded that he give her $2,000 for the weapons.

An argument broke out and McKinney tried to get the weapons back. One witness said that McKinney placed Ramirez in a chokehold when she refused to hand over his guns.

The witness said that he ran into a home to call the police. While inside his home, the man heard gunshots.

Another witness told police that he saw McKinney lying on the ground while Ramirez moved his body.

Prosecutors said that after shooting McKinney, Ramirez stole his wallet.

When she was arrested, Ramirez claimed that the gun was dropped and it fired, killing McKinney and injuring her own shoulder.

Ramirez later changed her story and told police that she fired the weapon in self-defense. However, prosecutors said that her story does not add up.

They believe that Ramirez set up the meeting to rob McKinney.

Ramirez was treated at a hospital for a gunshot wound to her shoulder before being booked into jail, where she is being held on $50,000 bail.

Cj Wingate, a friend of Mckinney, wrote a message on Facebook, asking friends to show up at the next court date for Ramirez.

“For all who care about Josh Mckinney, showing up to the court date would mean the world to him, please don’t let Yvonne Ramirez get away with this cold-hearted crime.

“She took a life and ruined a lot of people’s lives. Josh McKinney was loved by many people so please come and show your support.”
